Welcome to SandeepMusic ("we", "our", or "us"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application or website. By registering an account or purchasing any singing classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to register on SandeepMusic. You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All courses on SandeepMusic are delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation, immediate digital access to course lessons, video streams, and audio practice modules is activated in your student dashboard. Content is licensed for individual learning only.

Course fees are displayed in your dynamic local currency. Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI). By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Due to the immediate provisioning of digital singing assets, refunds are granted if an unresolvable technical fault prevents course access and is reported within 72 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

All lesson videos, audio tracks, vocal notation sheets, and course curricula are copyrighted by SandeepMusic. Unauthorized recording, screen capture, resale, or public distribution is strictly illegal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
